Discord has launched its first-ever year-end recap feature: Discord Checkpoint 2025. Starting December 4, 2025, all users can view a personalized summary of their activity on the platform, including messages, most-played games, favorite emojis, and top friends. This feature allows users to reflect on their year and revisit the communities, chats, and connections that defined their 2025 experience.
Discord Checkpoint 2025 works similarly to Spotify Wrapped, compiling user activity into an interactive recap. In addition to displaying top friends, most active servers, and favorite games, Discord offers an exclusive avatar decoration for users, which can be displayed until January 15, 2026. This personalized summary celebrates both user engagement and the platform’s tenth anniversary.
To access your Checkpoint, desktop users should update Discord and click the flag icon in the top-right corner to open their recap. Mobile users on iOS or Android need to update the app, tap the “You” tab, and select the Checkpoint banner or pop-up. Some users may experience a delayed rollout, as Discord is gradually releasing the feature across accounts.
The Checkpoint recap highlights your most interacted friends, the games you played most, your emoji usage, and total messages sent. Sharing your recap can be fun, allowing friends to see your most active moments, but keeping it private is also an option. Even if the recap is not immediately available, users may still receive the special avatar decoration as a thank-you for their activity.
Discord Checkpoint 2025 provides a nostalgic and interactive way to review your year on the platform, offering insights into your activity while celebrating the communities and connections you built throughout 2025.
